will became a partner in dwellwellgroup in 2009 bringing his 15 years of combined experience in economic and real estate development to our practice. he is a california licensed real estate broker and holds a master's degree in urban economic geography from the university of chicago and a bachelor's degree from the department of geography at the university of colorado, boulder. will spent four years at a san francisco based real estate development firm as the director of development where he obtained entitlements for more than 300 units of housing and contributed to the construction of almost 200 of those units. 

will is also the principal of wb mollard properties, a real estate sales, consulting, and development company.

will has lived in the bay area for 12 years and currently resides in oakland with his wife and three children.
